Our Story
Future Cast is an Innovation, Education, and R&D centre focussed on the Construction and Quarrying industries. We work with companies in these sectors and throughout their manufacturing supply chains on projects to increase the adoption of advanced technology and processes. We are a nonprofit organisation with a remit to research and disseminate technologies in Industry 4.0 to our member companies. We help solve pressing issues with our accumulated knowledge and expertise in industries automation, innovation, and funding.

Future Cast is the promoting agency of the Industry 4.0 Skillnet. The Industry 4.0 Skillnet is a government subsidised organisation that aims to make training and development more accessible and cheaper for targeted industries in industry 4.0 technologies. It does this by applying a “Skillnet discount” to relevant training courses.
The industry 4.0 Skillnet provides training in areas such as PLC systems, Artificial Intelligence, Agile & Lean, Virtual and Augmented reality, 3D printing and Additive manufacturing. All of these courses come with a substantial discount and provide excellent value for money for the participant. These courses are available for all companies operating in Ireland.
Future Cast membership includes a substantial amount of training days from the industry 4.0 Skillnet.
